Coping with Zoom Fatigue

Should you require people to be on camera during virtual meetings? Zoom fatigue increases for women and low level employees. Those who are fatigued are less engaged, and  less likely to share their opinions. Performance objectives were not measured.

Video Conference or Zoom Fatigue

How to Reduce Zoom Fatigue: Don't schedule meetings back-to-back. Allow people to remain muted. Set clear group mic and camera norms. Provide breaks! Don't schedule meetings in the late afternoon. Encourage everyone to participate.
